I am a Canadian artist who loves to explore different mediums. Having many years of life experience to draw on, combined with persistence, perseverance and determination, I have been on a quest of self discovery, and enlightenment. By embracing my gifts and talents, and giving my desires a voice I am exploring expression through my paintings as an artist. |

My inspiration comes from greeting life each day as it unfolds , from lessons I have learned, fears or experiences faced or going through , past and present, vision quests or just simply quotes that speak to my heart, music or drumming , or seeing a sign that directs me to a distant memory.
I allow paintings to unfold intuitively through the natural process of expressing my ideas, thoughts and feelings in the moment. The versatility of using a variety of mediums offers me full expression and spontaneity. Having over a decade of experience as a group facilitator of life coaching I discovered my gift for empathy and compassion in the world of feelings. We all have feelings , and more times than not, we let our feelings control us vs. us being in control of them. Playing with paint offers an opportunity to explore all of these feelings in a positive way. |
