Each session is typically 60 minutes but can go over 90 minutes, so I ask that you schedule a 2-hour window to be present and uninterrupted so you can receive the most benefit from your session.

All sessions are done through Zoom and are recorded. An audio recording of your session will be provided to you upon request.

MEDICAL INTUITIVE SESSION


​Through intuition and tuning in to the body, as a messenger and guide, I detect information throughout the etheric body of energy flow, clear, release, repair or restore energy that distorts, or is disrupting the body’s ability to function with vitality and optimal health.
Through this guided process physical, mental, and emotional shifts happen. Energy within each cell can return to its natural state, energy flow is opened, clarity and integration take place, harmony and balance are restored.​​

AKASHIC RECORD READING

​The Akashic Records are boundless ethereal “libraries” where all past, present, and future information is. It is a source of information and history of every soul’s journey through time, space, all dimensions, and universes. Accessing and working with this knowledge in the present time can offer answers to many questions, and a variety of perspectives and choices that might not have been available before and help us to navigate our lives with empowerment.
Although the sessions have a different purpose or focus, having the training and techniques in both the Medical intuitive and Akashic Records has complemented both readings very well. The results have been very positive, transformative and healing on many levels.​

GUIDED MEDITATION FOR CHAKRA ACTIVATION

This guided meditation is used to access and move through the energy centers of the body, and power center. By checking their connection or lack thereof, we can re-establish and open energetic flow essential for optimal internal balance, harmony and power.

There may be energy centers we feel separate from. As I work intuitively through the energy centers, this guided meditation helps bring them back online into a state of unity.

Activating, stabilizing, and revitalizing these energy centers, deepens our connection. Establishing higher levels of awareness leads us to a greater understanding of how we are uniquely connected within ourselves and to others. It also helps us pinpoint areas that are disconnected and re-connect the energetic frequency and harmonic vibration within the body.

In referencing the attributes and connections the 7 energy centers within our bodies, I also reference and invoke the 5 Platonic solids which are regarded as the building blocks of our universe and regulated with the five elements with which everything is made: earth, fire, air, water and ether.

Walking through this guided meditation provides a pathway to follow in areas you want to strengthen, grow or explore to greater depths. Understanding the relationships between each Chakra, Element and our body allows us effective steps to navigate our inner landscape to greater clarity, and outwardly, mobility in health, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness.
